Legal and notices

The documents you may want to read before you rely on Astorp. We write them plainly and we do not overstate what the product does. The electronic signature notice is the one to read first if signing matters to you.

Electronic signature notice

An Astorp signature is a simple electronic signature. It shows that an authenticated account holder affirmed a specific version of an agreement at a specific time. It does not, on its own, verify who someone is in the real world.

Privacy policy

What information Astorp holds, why, who can see it, how long we keep it, and the control you have over it, including export and deletion.

Terms of use

The agreement between you and Astorp for using the service: what you can expect from us, what we ask of you, and the limits of what the service does.

Acceptable use policy

The short list of things you agree not to do with Astorp, so it stays safe and dependable for everyone who relies on it.

AI use notice

How Astorp uses automated assistance: it is optional, it is clearly marked, it produces drafts you review, and it never signs, decides or changes your records on its own.

Translation notice

Astorp can show translated versions of content as a convenience. Automated translations may not be exact, and the original version is the one that counts.

Cookie policy

Astorp uses a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and the service working. We do not use them to track you across other sites.

Data processing notice

The kinds of providers Astorp relies on to run the service, what they do on our behalf, and the safeguards we apply to your information.

Accessibility statement

Astorp is built to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Here is our commitment and how to tell us when we fall short.
