Terms of use
Last updated: 8 August 2026
In short. The agreement between you and Astorp for using the service: what you can expect from us, what we ask of you, and the limits of what the service does.
These terms govern your use of Astorp. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Astorp.
What Astorp provides
Astorp is a commitment management platform. It helps you create agreements, organise the people, money, tasks, files and history connected to them, and generate reports and exports from what you keep. Some capabilities are free and some are paid; the parts that let you reach your own agreements, evidence, history, reports, export and account deletion are free.
Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
- You are responsible for the content you put into Astorp and for having the right to keep and share it with the people you invite.
- You must be old enough to enter into an agreement where you live, and you must give accurate information when we reasonably need it.
Acceptable use
You agree to use Astorp lawfully and not to misuse it. The specifics are set out in our acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms.
Signatures
Electronic signatures made in Astorp are described in the electronic signature notice. That notice states precisely what a signature evidences and what it does not. Nothing in these terms extends a signature beyond what that notice says.
Your content is yours
You keep ownership of what you put into Astorp. You grant us only the permissions we need to operate the service for you, such as storing your content and showing it to the people you have authorised. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Astorp available and dependable, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of every fault. We may improve and change the service over time. If we make a material change to these terms, we will take reasonable steps to let you know.
Limits
Astorp is a tool for organising and evidencing commitments. It is not legal, accounting or professional advice, and it does not replace a professional where you need one. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as is, and our liability is limited. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
