In short. The kinds of providers Astorp relies on to run the service, what they do on our behalf, and the safeguards we apply to your information.

To run Astorp we rely on a small number of specialist providers. This notice describes, in general terms, what they do on our behalf and how we protect your information when they are involved. It complements our privacy policy.

The categories of provider we use

  • Hosting and infrastructure, which runs the servers and databases where your information is stored.
  • Storage of files, which holds the documents, photos and other files you upload.
  • Message delivery, which sends the emails the service needs to send, such as sign-in links and notifications.
  • Specialist processing for optional assisted features, where a provider carries out a task on our instructions.

How we protect your information with them

  • They act only on our instructions, for the purpose of running the service.
  • They are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations.
  • We share only what is needed for the task, and no more.
  • Your information stays separated from other accounts.

International transfers
